With over 33 years of experience, James T. Neavitt has built his family law practice in Santa Clarita on the areas of divorce, separation, child custody, property division and other family law issues.

Mr. Neavitt has sat as Judge Pro Tem in the San Fernando, Lancaster and Van Nuys Superior Courts. He has also been a court-appointed family law mediator on a regular basis since 1982.
